Digital products — no traditional refund

All Novah Labs subscriptions and the 3-Day Performance Pass deliver immediate access to digital analytical content (Telegram channel access, daily AI-generated statistical insights). Once access is granted, the content has already been consumed in real time and cannot be returned. Therefore, traditional refunds are not available.

Our 30-Day Profit Guarantee

We are confident in the model — confident enough to put real money behind it. Here is how it works:

• If the published model returns are negative (-1u or worse, in units, on flat staking) over any rolling 30-day window during your active subscription, your next month is on us — completely free.
• You do not need to ask. We monitor it ourselves and credit your account automatically.
• Applies to monthly Pro and Elite subscriptions only. Not applicable to the 3-Day Performance Pass or Lite tier.

Cancellation

You can cancel any monthly subscription at any time directly via Stripe. You keep full Telegram access until the end of the current billing period — there is no early termination, and no fee. After that, no further charges occur.

Technical issues

If a technical fault on our side prevents you from receiving the picks (downtime, Telegram delivery failure, etc.) for more than 48 consecutive hours during a billing period, we will credit you 1 day of free access for every 24 hours of unavailability. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback while a refund or guarantee credit is being processed will result in immediate access termination and may forfeit any pending guarantee credit. Please always reach out to us first — we respond within 24 hours.
